The Place is a family-owned and operated location for weddings and events. It was our dream to create a beautiful and affordable place for people to hold their most precious events. As our family has grown we have learned how challenging it can be to find an affordable venue for weddings. We wanted to make this a place where people could have a beautiful ceremony and reception without spending a fortune.
Here at The Place, we offer just that. Affordable, simple, done for you weddings and events. We have worked together, incorporating our 50 + years of experience with special events at top Orlando theme parks, to provide a one stop location for couples to host a memorable event and start their lives with a fabulous party that doesn’t cost a fortune.

We celebrated my daughter’s quinceañera at The Place on September 21, and it was truly a beautiful and unforgettable evening. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the gorgeous decor and attention to detail — everything was elegant, tasteful, and perfectly suited for such a special occasion. We had about 100 guests, and the space felt just right — open, comfortable, and beautifully set up. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the amazing service. The staff went above and beyond to help us throughout the entire event. They were kind, professional, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their support really helped ease the stress of the day. The decorations were included, and they did a stunning job bringing our vision to life. My daughter absolutely loved it — seeing her face light up when she walked in made everything worth it. I would highly recommend The Place to anyone planning a quinceañera or any special event. Their team is excellent, and they truly know how to make a celebration feel magical. Thank you, The Place, for making our daughter’s big day so special!
5 Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We rented The Place for my daughter’s Sweet Sixteen, and it was everything we could’ve asked for—beautiful, clean, affordable, and so easy to work with! The owners were amazing—professional, kind, and communicated with us every step of the way. One of the things I loved most was that they let me decorate the entire space. I was able to completely transform it to fit the Sweet Sixteen theme, and my guests were absolutely amazed at how stunning everything looked. A special shout-out to Kim, who went above and beyond all night long. She helped keep the food warm, made sure the space stayed clean, and constantly checked in to see if I needed anything. Her energy, kindness, and support made the night run so smoothly—many of my guests thought she was part of the family! If you’re looking for a flexible, beautiful venue with an incredible team behind it—and at an affordable price—I highly recommend The Place. We’ll definitely be back for future events! I can not say enough about this venue and the amazing family that owns it! We had so so so much help and care the day of our wedding and the year leading up to it. Everytime I came back to the venue to check how I wanted to set up it just felt even more beautiful than the last time I saw it. We had a HUGE emergency the day of our wedding and they went out of their way to help us get it fixed and keep the night going. so much stress lifted off of my shoulders. The bridal area is so cute with a bunch of private changing rooms, they have recs of affordable vendors, and you just can't beat the pricing! I'll never forget my wedding day thank you guys so much
I was viewing halls to host my daughter’s quinceañera and I couldn’t find more of a perfect place! Debbie, mom, and Kim are the bestest from the beginning to the end. They made it so easy and stress free for me from the booking till the day of the party. They made sure to decorate the party exactly how I wanted and they have a beautiful dance floor with the strobe lights, speakers and a Mic for the D.J. And it was very convenient for our D.J. As well! The day of the party, my family and I were in tears the moment we saw the venue decorated. My daughter loved it and that’s all that mattered to me, and Debbie, mom, and Kim made it all happen. Kim was super helpful the day of the party, she stayed to help serve food, she helped me so much that I don’t know what I would’ve done without her being there and she stayed to help clean which I didn’t expect that and I was so appreciative of her! My guests loved the venue and kept complimenting how lovely and cozy it was. It’s an awesome venue to have a party I would highly recommend this place! Thank you so much Mom, Debbie, and Kim!
Exceptional Service at The Place Weddings and Events! Today my niece held her wedding at The Place Weddings and Events in Oviedo, FL, and the experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. If you are looking for a venue that provides seamless support, look no further. A huge thank you must go to Kim, who was instrumental in making her day flawless. Kim assisted with all of our needs, anticipating issues before they arose and ensuring every detail was handled professionally. More importantly, she assisted in making sure all wedding party members and guests were comfortable throughout the entire event. Kim’s dedication and warm demeanor made everyone feel at ease, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our celebration. The venue is beautiful, but the staff, especially Kim, made the real difference.
