I had a waterline for my frig come off the spigot & my ex cut off the tapered end that would've allowed me to put it back in & tighten the coupling (he has dementia). I've used this company several times, but wasn't sure if maybe this was going to be a plumbing issue. Mike to the rescue. Not only did he have his mojo going because he bought the right part, sight unseen, but he fixed it quick & reasonably. Just as I've experienced in the past. He goes above & beyond for his customers & I for one appreciate him very much. Highly recommend.
