Such a nice memorial to all those who died in law enforcement. I was able to meet the kid who does the running and it is truly a great organization.

Running 4 Heroes honored my husband, Sgt. Jim Smith, in 2021. Jim was shot and killed while attempting to arrest a barricaded subject who had just assaulted a police officer. Jim had been an officer for 27 years and wanted to make a difference in this world. He touched many lives, not only as an officer, but as a man of God. It was a difficult and tragic time for our family, community, and state. Honor & Respect LLC reached out to Running 4 Heroes, Inc... Zechariah and his father, Chad, made the trip to Iowa to honor not only Jim, but correctional officer Robert McFarland, and corrections nurse Lorena Schulte. First Responders from all over the state, as well as our communities, attended the event for Jim, Robert, & Lorena. R4H's purpose is clear... To honor our fallen. I'm forever grateful for this organization and I will continue to support their mission. Thank you for all you do and may God bless you in the years to come!

This was a huge honor to be able to tour. There just aren't words to describe the love, respect, and honor displayed on these walls.

This is sad to see. I get it people like the tribute hall and its a healing place. But to stop doing the monthly grants to move / rebuild the tribute hall…. Why is it having to move…. Why not use this money to continue helping the many many injured first responders across our nation that are hurting to pay their regular bills let alone medical bills that workers comp might not be paying for. Many first responders depend upon their off duty job money, that they can not work when on medical leave or medical duty. The money used on the tribute hall could be used for this help…… CEO getting his way and running this great organization into the ground.

The mission of this young man is honorable and so appreciated by the Law Enforcement community. Zachariah is inspiring and blessed people wherever he goes. It's exciting f to see this mission grow in just a few short years. I appreciate that they have a military branch and even honor K9 LE hero's.
