About Oviedo Mall
For the state of malls in general this was a great mall. The outside landscaping was the reason it got 4 stars but the inside was a unique spin on an old classic. I loved the selfie spots down the hall to the mall offices as well as the large mural photo spots in the main mall area. The food court was hoppin’ and full of places to eat, pay attention as the sweet treat places are down the hall from the main food court. The architecture here pays homage to the core of the mall’s original purchase, to display beauty along with shopping; the center structure looks like trees holding up the atriums and leading you to stores that hold mystery. A game store where you can go and game with others, boards and electronic, was my favorite store, a book store, Dillards and movie theatre make this a great spot for hot or rainy day inc real Florida. Worth the drive for the history that is in a mall.
We were very happy to see this newly opened place called Loves Boba in Oviedo Shopping Center. The design of the store is very beautiful. It has three more branches. There is a lot of product variety, you can design your own drink. There are also vegan options on the menus. I will definitely come again.🧋🍓
Barely any stores. Each time I arrive to this mall, there are less and less stores. It is very sad and I miss this mall when it was full of vendors! The movie theater is very nice and there is a full bar
Having an autistic son, there are very few places that are a safe place for us to go. This mall used to be on that short list. Today we went as a family and 6 months later the escalators are still closed down, now the play space is gone, and trying to stay positive we went over to the Boba tea booth to get some and stood there for 5 minutes with no one even there to take our order. I really hope they decide to put some renovations into it, is has such potential to be a unique mall
While it’s not exactly dying, the mall feels really empty with the only interesting stores in my opinion being the book store and Duckies tape store (they don’t even have a Hot Topic/Spencers😭). The food court seems to constantly be switching out businesses with the longest lasting food options being an Asian restaurant that has somewhat rude staff and a Hershey’s ice cream parlor. I do like the design of the mall with the indoor pond though.
