A coworker recommended Mir’s to me and it lived up to his praise. My car’s horn stopped working recently; the manager took the time to explain the issue in detail, even showing me the diagram, and offer some repair options (unlike the chain store I’d gone to the week before, who shrugged and told me to go to the dealership.) Ultimately, Mir’s was able to fix the broken piece and saved me $1K off what the dealership would’ve charged for full replacement. It means a lot that they were willing to pursue an affordable fix … it shows they respect all levels of paying customers, not just ones with lots of money, and it guarantees that I’ll bring my business back to the shop in the future. I can tell that they have support from a larger network due to the online estimation and communications tools, which were really great, but it didn’t make things feel soulless like a chain typically does. I almost don’t want to write this review because I don’t want more competition for future appointments! Thanks
If you're looking for a friendly, professional, and honest auto shop look no further than Jeff and his team at Mirs Automotive. I have taken my Corvette for service at the dealership for a longtime (I have trust issues when it comes to my baby). But it was time for a change. I did a Google search looking for a performance shop and came across Mirs Automotive. I started reading the reviews and I was impressed. With 506 reviews and 4.9 🌟 I told myself let's give it a try. Jeff and his team did not disappoint 👏 he treated me with respect and top quality service. I absolutely trust Jeff and his team to get the job done right. They provided excellent quality work and a positive attitude and kindness. Any future repairs I have will 100%, without a doubt be at this shop. I will be taking all of my vehicles to Jeff shop.
First time there for repairs on a water pump. Dylan made time for me on an extremely busy day before Memorial Day and he explained everything to me before doing the work Being new to the area, my first concern was to find an honest shop, do an honest job and I will be a customer every time I need repairs. I haven’t seen a guy lately explaining to customers why they shouldn’t buy more than they need. Honesty goes a long way in my book. The service is great! They go out of their way to help Customers. They help me to get ready for a drive from Orlando to Vancouver WA. Changed my breaks, rotated my tires, changed the oil and provided pictures and estimates gor the maintenance my Subaru needed. Took out new Toyota Tacoma and they did an alignment on the spot. Will keep going back as they are trustworthy! The picture they provide with the estimates are worth 1000 words! Thank you!!!
Outstanding Service at Mir's Autoworks! I had an amazing experience. Jeff and the team went above and beyond to take care of my car. I brought my own oil and filter, and they did the oil change completely free—which was already a pleasant surprise. On top of that, they also changed my AC filter for free without me even asking! Jeff was awesome—friendly, professional, and truly looking out for the customers. It’s rare to find a shop that offers such honest and generous service.
