This was probably the fourth time I have been here and this time the burgers (all 3) were burnt. Also we waited 33 minutes to get our burgers on a Thursday night at 630. They have nobody at the counter to talk to to ask where your food is or even ask anything. But im still giving them 4 stars because every other time the burgers have been really good. They also give you tons of fries in one order, definitely a sharing size.

It was my first time ordering from here. I ordered the single classic Smashburger and order of fries and a strawberry lemonade. My husband ordered the double classic Smashburger with fries and a strawberry lemonade as well. The total cost $42.80
We asked if they took cash before we ordered because that was the way we intended to pay. There was a gentleman there who told us that they did indeed accept cash. What he failed to tell us was that someone else would have to take our order leaving us to unnecessarily fiddle with the kiosk trying to figure out how to put our order in. Another woman was there who we were asking questions to while trying to navigate the system to order our food, she seemed a little annoyed at us for needing help. After we get to the end of the order, that's when she says if we are paying with cash, she has to enter the order from her end. I repeated the order to her and she gave me the total which didn't match the previous total on the kiosk screen. I asked if she put in both lemonade drinks and she seemed even more annoyed that she had to go back and add another drink. The food came out rather quickly. We initially were going to stay there to eat, but she had our food packed to go. Needless to say we came home. The burger had more condiments and vegetables on it than it had meat. When they say Smashburger they are not kidding. The fries were seasoned shoestring fries and had a smoked paprika, sugar, salt and onion powder flavoring. The strawberry lemonade was good, but quite small for $6.00
The atmosphere was nice. Large picnic tables with fans blowing to keep the people cool and country music playing (which I love) but it was just a little too loud to enjoy a conversation while it played.
I don't think any of it is worth going back for.

I have to say Kaitlyn and Kaley are absolutely amazing. They took great care of me, took caution on my order and we truly enjoyed our meal. You want a good burger you gotta come here. Hands down best burger in Sanford!

100% one of the best burgers in the area! We both ordered the plain single and an order of fries.The quality and freshness of the meat were exceptional. The burger sauce easily ranks as top of my list, and the fries were so good they didn’t need ketchup. Great service, fast and efficient and the price was reasonable and worth every penny. We will definitely be back and highly recommend. I’m going to be dreaming of that meal until I get it again.

Wanted to try the smash burgers here for some time now. Had a few hours to kill so I swung by around lunch time. Easy tablet ordering. Burger came out pretty quick (I was the only one there) I must say that the burger was mid to me. Nothing really to the presentation. I dined in but burger still came in a to go box. Lunch burger was about $9.50, for me it was more like a $6-$7 burger. Not saying o wouldn’t give it another try but I think for $10 I’ll look at other lunch options in downtown Sanford.
