I had an excellent experience with Mike, the owner of Mattress Direct. He gave us a great price and made the entire process easy and comfortable. There was no pressure, no sales games, and none of the “buy it today or lose the deal” feeling we experienced at Mattress Firm. It was refreshing to work directly with a knowledgeable local business owner who genuinely wanted to help us find the right bed. Mike personally delivered and set everything up, and his service didn’t stop after the sale. When I mentioned wanting to put a rug underneath the bed, he even offered to come back and help us move the bed and adjustable base. That kind of personal service is extremely rare today. Mike is honest, patient, responsive, and clearly stands behind what he sells. We received a great bed at a great price and were treated like valued customers throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Mike and Mattress Direct to anyone shopping for a new mattress or adjustable base.
My husband and I went to Mattress Direct in Oviedo after seeing their great reviews, and we are so glad we did! Mike, the owner, is amazing—very knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and not pushy at all. When a minor shipping delay happened with our first choice, Mike went above and beyond. We picked a different model, and he personally delivered it to our house and helped set it up within an hour! His prices are much better than the big chain stores, and he even gave us a free pillow. Both my husband and I have bad backs, and the comfort of our new Jamison Mattress is incredibly better than any bed we’ve ever owned. Top-notch service from start to finish—highly recommend shopping here!
Mike was great! He is so kind and helpful. We initially got a Full, realized we needed a Queen and he went above and beyond to work with us for the return and upgrade. Love that it’s a family owned business!
Michael was amazing. I never even had to step into the store, he took care of everything for me on the phone. Got me an amazing deal and even after the sale, still followed up to make sure I was happy with the bed. I got the adjustable bed base with the massage features and the puffy lux mattress. I am sleeping so well, not snoring. He was really amazing. Very very very pleased with the whole process!
First impressions 5/5 stars! Mike helped us review a wide selection of mattresses and got us the best deal around! He was very thorough, kind, and helpful! We will come back here in the future for our sleeping needs!
