The food was excellent! They have a few unique side items which I love! I love to try new stuff all the time. I loved the Berry Mint Cooler, non-alcoholic!! I had the Garlic Sauteed Spinach, White Cheddar Grit Cake, so good!! Their steaks are very tasty as well. We had the Bistro with Red Wine Glaze and the Filet Mignon with compound butter. We asked for Medium Well for both steaks but my husband's steak was a little Medium in part of it, mine was good though. The place was packed, a little loud but that's pretty norm for here on a Friday night. The service was very good but a little slow. My husband and I are excited to go back and try some of their other items.
We had such a wonderful experience at Marlow’s Tavern in Oviedo! Thank you for hosting the Orlando Women’s Social Club — our group had an amazing time. The service was truly five-star, the food was delicious, and the staff was warm, attentive, and so accommodating. We really enjoyed our lunchtime together and appreciate how supportive you were of our community of women. We’re looking forward to coming back again soon!
I will start by saying I am usually very impressed with Marlow's Tavern. They brought back my favorite item, salmon with cous cous, so I had to go get some! I was quite disappointed in this overall visit, however. I made a reservation because they are normally quite busy and they were so I was glad I did but when they sat me and my date, we were sat at a long table with a big family on the other side. Not a good date night atmosphere. Then the salmon came and was so salty it was difficult to eat. My date got a burger and said his was also overly salty. I mentioned to the waiter that it was VERY salty but he didn't even offer to remake it. I am not sure after that experience that I will be back. It is pricey but normally worth it. Not this time.
Yum! Super good food and quick service. I had the firecracker shrimp and spiced chicken. Shoutout to server David! He made my birthday wonderful. This restaurant is priced healthily as well for the value and quality.
We absolutely love this place! The food is 10/10 every time we go. Service is friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is chill and very clean. They also have delicious cocktails made with fresh, vibrant ingredients. A lunch date fave!
