It was my first time eating here and I was very impressed. The employees Bryan, Alyric, and Sage made it special. They were all very attentive and helpful. I loved the service with a smile. I had the chicken Caesar salad. The chicken was very tasty and the dressing was delicious. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered 3 more salads to go to take to my mom and siblings.
I will certainly see where your locations are in Miami and make it my to go place.

This place is awesome, both in terms of the quality of their food and their commitment to sustainability. Each location partners with a local non-profit aligned with their mission, and the Oviedo location partnered with a local chapter of the Florida Native Plant Society. It’s very rare and really cool to see a chain restaurant actually care about & become involved in the local community like that. They have a really cool reusable bowl program where you get any free topping if you bring the bowl back next time. They have compost and recycling bins in addition to regular trash, with helpful diagrams for what can go in each. This is really raising the bar for what restaurants can and should be doing! Their salads, wraps, and bowls have great ingredients and even offer uniquely sustainable ingredients like regenerative quinoa and chickpeas, which is the highest standard of farming that gives back to the environment rather than simply depleting it. The team is super friendly and helpful, and you get to watch them put together your meal along their counter. They welcome you into the store and make sure you have everything you need. I like that they ask you about your preference for dressing amount, as that’s something that isn’t always customizable. The ingredients and flavors are excellent, and the portion sizes are a great value. The restaurant space is very open, clean, and sleek, making it nice to sit there and eat. Their outdoor seating area has nice chairs and umbrellas that provide decent shade. Just Salad can easily become your go-to place for healthy, delicious options!

just salad in Oviedo, Florida on Mitchell hammock.
Dsorganized that’s my main complaint. This restaurant needs to learn how to manage the employees that disperse the salad. Think about how chipotle does it. You pick up the first part of the salad at one person, and the second person puts the next part in the next in the next. Here one person picked up a salad got my husband and I order ran up and down, filling it up and then totally forgot about my husband’s order. Then the the person that was behind you is being Serge by another person and you get all tangled up and it just was a terrible flow. Most of their drinks are canned. They did have a dispensing lemonade, style and water area. This area however, was broken and the associates had to run back back-and-forth. They could not turn off one of the dispensers that was flowing all over the floor. As far as the salads go themselves, it was OK not the best and not the worst. I would give it a flavor and selection a C+. The menu isn’t also clear. I thought I was getting a salad, but turned out to be a bowl with rice, sides, and chicken. my husband had the avocado and chicken salad, kinda like a Caesar, but with avocado dressing and avocado in it, it had less chicken than mine so the disbursement of the meat wasn’t equal.

This place has easily become one of my new favorites in town. From the fresh ingredients to the extremely helpful staff. As a girl who struggles so hard with a very severe dairy allergy, Emily went above and beyond to help me find the safest yet most delicious option available to me! Thank you so much Emily, I’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely the best salad I ever had. They also were very welcoming when we first entered. Bryan was very generous and even gave us his special salad. So the next time you come see if he works there and ask him for his special salad. Very great place and will continue to go there.
