Orthopedic services are offered under the Hughston Orthopaedic Clinic and include specialized practice areas in spine, hand, joint, sports medicine and trauma. These are, in turn, supported by Hughston Diagnostics, which provides ultrahigh-resolution imaging through a 1.5 Tesla GE MRI machine; Hughston Sports, a state-of-the-art exercise and training facility; and Hughston Rehabilitation, an advanced physical therapy facility providing focused care in four specialty departments: Orthopedics/Sports Medicine, Spine, Upper Extremity/Hands and Industrial Medicine.

Had a total hip replacement 3 months ago and doing great! Dr. Thomasson is an awesome dresser, fast talker, and he knows his stuff. His office is BUSY and it will take a bit to get a call back but if you stick with it the outcome can be awesome. Being able to comfortably walk again has been life changing. I’m so grateful for his skill and care.
I, have an appointment on 01/20/2026 when I. showed up i was told that the doctor could not see me for a personal reason and I have to see the nurse practitioner Samantha Figueiras wich was very unprofessional they should've call me to reschedule since my doctor was not available my biggest deception was when Samantha told me she doesn't know how to do a knee injection and on Top of all that she wanted me to pay for the visit after she refused me a treatment.I am very concern about my health and do not appreciate having to be put on a hand that is not certify nor train to take care my health issues. I called and spoke to the office manager but all she did was give excuses for Samantha's bad behaviors no apology no solution just excuses
Extremely nice Dr and office. Very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated that he took a conservative treatment approach to my broken arm. Also asked and listened to my concerns
Do not use this orthopedic. Office staff as well as doctor are inconsiderate of injured patients. Walked in with a shattered knee cap. Was told to have a seat when I explained I can’t I was told they don’t have anything to prop my leg up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
