Love this company! We have had our whole home generator since 2020 and I could not be more happy with the service that Genstar provides. This is a reliable company. They are very easy to get a hold of and their office staff is so kind and helpful. I recently had to schedule a service call and it was so easy. The technician Leo came out and he was wonderful! Very friendly and kind. He figured out what the issue was and explained everything to me very thoroughly and answered any questions I had. They keep really good records of the history of the service of my generator which is great! They also take pictures each time they come out which is useful for reference. I am glad I went with this company for the installation and maintenance of my generator. Also it was easy to pay my invoice online which was awesome! Very much recommend this company if you are thinking of getting a whole home generator.

Install went well. They are a good company. However, I paid for monitoring. I could not get it to work. I have Sent multiple emails and spoke to someone on the phone. To date no one has responded. That is very strange because, up until now, they have been very responsive. I will still recommend them but feel their lack of response is unusual.

You guys are lucky to have someone as competent and efficient as Mark. I expressed my worry about what would happen if the yard flooded, and he showed me the interior of the generator and the placement of the battery so I would understand the structure and function. Very kind and informative.
For the record, I love my generator and consider it one of the best improvements I've ever made to my home.
