It's always a little sad going into a GameStop nowadays. This place was my childhood, but nowadays their selection just isn't good. Their used section is miniscule, they mostly just offer games for the newest consoles (hardly any older games to speak of) and over half of the store is dedicated to funko pops, trading cards, and other things that have little to do with video games. I will say though, the staff is very friendly here, and you can definitely tell they care about doing a good job. I just wish that they had a better inventory.
I just called 3 times over the span of half an hour, and no one could be bothered to pick up the phone. So I drove in to get my question answered. The employee was less than helpful. The bearded guy is lucky that i didn't look for his name. I wasted half of my lunch break because an empty store couldn't have the decency to pick up a ringing phone. Thanks for nothing, you just lost sales, and I'll never come here again. Good luck staying open while malls all over America are dying. š š
The gentleman at the front was very polite and informative. I didn't feel pressured at all. I appreciate the answers and kindness.
This store sucks! They donāt update their stock online and when you show up they never have the games. It feels like they just want you to come in to buy other crap you donāt want. They are way too pushy about their āprotection planā as well. Come on bro, you know itās a joke. This location is terrible. Iām waiting for it to close.
Gamestop is garbage at best. They lie about refurbishing councils. I ordered a steel book they stole, they told me. Even though I preordered there's none left lol if you're holding these stocks, I'd sell, they're closing a lot of stores.Gamestop is failing rapidly
