Be wary of the sales people at this business. My family and I came to this store to buy a kitchen table with chairs beginning of January. We were moving to a new home in February and were assured by Angela that we could have it delivered to our new home in February if we financed it, otherwise it would need to be delivered much sooner. So we went through the process of being approved for financing, led to believe that we would be paying the flat price we had on the paper in store. To my surprise, we were the told the price given to us on paper when we walked out the store in January apparently didn’t include tax, plus a $50 finance payoff fee, plus a $50 financing tax for a total of $140 extra after furniture and delivery/set up. The table and chairs are nice, but I’d scrap the whole thing if I knew this crap ahead of time. The delivery guys were very nice, but the table showed up with a big chip missing. I’ve been informed to contact the owner of the company via email. Yeah. That’s gonna work as great as disputing the extra $140 went. These people are conniving jerks. Don’t give them your money.
SCAM! Bought 2 couches and a bed set from Don the Furniture Guy at the Sanford mall location. He assured us that the Furniture was sturdy and everything covered under a lifetime warranty. No warranty info was provided until we purchased. 1 year later, the bed support breaks. I pull back out the warranty info to find its only 5 years (not lifetime like Don said), and it doesn't cover structural damage so it's basically useless. Filing a complaint with the BBB
I Bought a Black Couch and Love seat set. I Paid Cash for it and was not yet into my place so i ordered it a month ahead of time. The Sale person/manager did not give me an update at all but to say it was delayed. A month later and the couch was finally delivered Another Color, the delivery driver came back around 10:30PM and Dropped of the correct couch. At the End of the day still got a decent couch at a good number.
0 Stars – Buyer Beware I purchased a sectional couch from Furniture Distribution Center on 1/25/2025. It was delivered on 1/28/2025. During receipt inspection, both the couch and chair were on their legs, therefore I could not inspect the bottom. They both seemed good at first glance. A couple days later while cleaning under the couch, I scratched my hand on a sharp object. When I looked down, I saw 3 staples sticking out from underneath the chaise. I phoned Furniture Distribution Center on 2/3/2025 and told the representative (Don) about the issue. He asked me to send pictures which I did. He told me to follow-up with him in a few days and said this will be taken care of. I phoned on 2/7/2025 and was told that they will not be doing anything about the issue, since it was not identified on delivery. Basically you get poor quality with no customer service.
I take back my good review. Cheep made. Poor quality. The delivery guys did a poor job putting this together. They Weren't going to say anything a balloon it until we first about it.After they returned the broke chase They brought back a new one, I showed the delivery guy and he apologize for his workers braking the piece. We had our Christmas tree up.So of course they didn't place the couch where it needed to be. After we took a christmas tree down we then put the couch In its place. It only needed to be up Pushed up a bout a foot.then left side of the couch Started squeaking, Every time you go to sit down on the left side it sounds like You're stepping on an old ship with crooked planks.. We called right away to let them know and they have put us off saying they will get back with us. Finally they did and said we need to take it up with the warranty department. I'm not sure what They weren't you department.We will do now , but I'll finish this Review after to let you all know. So far this is a bad star review. So sorry.We paid way over a thousand dollars for this couch...
