If you’re looking for authentic Italian food in Central Florida, D’Amico & Sons Italian Market & Bakery is truly a hidden gem. I’ve known this Italian bakery and specialty market for years, and it has remained one of my favorite spots in the Orlando/Oviedo area. The entire place feels completely Italian, from the products they sell to the warm atmosphere created by the family that owns and runs it. You can immediately feel the passion and authenticity the moment you walk in. The food is absolutely incredible. My personal favorites are the arancini and the sandwiches — honestly some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had in Orlando. But everything here is delicious: the pizza, stromboli, and even their daily lunch specials are consistently amazing and made with incredible quality. Another thing that makes this place special is that so many of their products are directly imported from Italy, and you can truly taste the difference. The quality is always outstanding. And the desserts? Incredible. Whether you want a full birthday cake or just a small sweet treat, you really can’t go wrong with anything they make. Overall, this is easily one of the best places to eat in Oviedo if you appreciate authentic Italian food, quality ingredients, and a true family-owned atmosphere. Highly recommended.
This place is incredible and a pure gem Nestled outside of Orlando. The food is very authentic Italian and the sandwiches are so fresh you can taste every part of it. The Semolina is amazing and I haven't had that good of bread since NY. The pastries remind me of my childhood with the filling full throughout the pastry. The Cannoli as well. We came from almost 2hrs but well worth the trip.The service and the employees were great. Bring a cooler. You will need it.
Went to this spot for the first time on 03/17/26 ! I'm from Philly and I have been looking for a great Italian Bakery that is reminiscent of back home & this is definitely it! Being from up north I have been looking for a place that makes super fresh and filling Hoagies & I finally found it! Their food and pastries are super fresh and flavorful. The staff are extremely welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend D'Amico & Sons!
Absolutely enjoyed the food and coffee. They had a variety of selections all tasty. Sandwiches were very big could easily be shared. Service was spot on super helpful and friendly. Recommend if you are hereby. We definitely will return.
Wonderful sandwiches and bakery items. Very reasonably priced and a nice outdoor dining area that has a covered patio. Very high quality ingredients. The store can get busy, so be prepared. The store also carries some great specialty and prepared food items for an authentic Italian food experience.
