    First time today... found on google and decided let's take a trip! Service was excellent. Grill was down but offered to build a brisket sandwich on a bun with the cheese sauce. Threw in a rib to try as we debated between it and Brisket. Rib was fire! 3 Meats, got Brisket, Beef Sausage and Chicken quarters. All 9+ on the scale. Sides were Mac n Cheese, Baked beans and Green Beans. Mac was different with the cheese sauce, and different meaning in a GOOD way. Outdoor seating only, but big shade trees to be under. We will be back... phenomenal. Great work yal!

    A pretty good BBQ spot! Meats are tasty, juicy, my fav were the burnt ends. Side was pretty good, good taste. The corn bread is broken up , more like corn bread crumbs. The beans were the best side! So good! Would come back, the staff was also very nice and accommodating.

    Mmmmm best BBQ and Brisket spot in Orlando 😇 Generous portions and amazing prices. I love their build your own mac and cheese bowl. I always look forward to coming back. Truly a hidden gem!

    Ordered Thursday meatloaf special, ribs and chicken n beef brisket with cornbread casserole, mac n cheese, green beans and mashed potatoes with gravy. Added smoked jalapeños. We ordered the day before for next day pick-up and our food was ready on time. We even got a free Bubbly! The brisket was a bit dry, chicken delicious but part of it was undercooked. The ribs at first tasty but felt heavy in my stomach - too greasy? The meatloaf was the winner for the night. As for the sides, the (real) mashed potatoes and gravy was nicely done. Cornbread too sweet for my taste. Green beans a little salty and Mac n cheese -meh. I've had better. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes with gravy was the winner dish for us. I was excited to try their food because they got such great reviews, but sadly left disappointed.

    I really enjoyed the sides at this establishment. The smoky Mac and cheese was really good. It was a flavor I’ve never tasted before in mac and cheese. It actually tasted smoky. The cornbread casserole was very good. The loaded potatoes reminded me of twice baked mash potatoes. My family and I had a peanut butter pie and a coconut cream pie. They both were tasty, piled high with whipped cream, and cold. I liked that they were cold. The atmosphere was warm with picnic tables and the classic red and white squares. There is no indoor seating, just outdoor. Parking is limited. And they serve food until close or sell out. We enjoyed speaking to Troy. He was very kind, he believes in the taste of the food that he sells, and you can tell that he cares.

    About us

    I am a third-generation food service person. My grandfather came from Italy wayback in the day and when he sailed into New York Harbor he saw the Statue of Liberty. He was so overjoyed to finally be here in America that he opened a bakery in New Jersey and called it Liberty Bakery and had a picture of the Statue of Liberty in his window.

    All of our food is scratch made and all of our smoked foods are smoked on wood burning smokers using only wood, fire, smoke and meats or non-meats… no gas ovens with a little piece of wood to get some smoke flavor, it’s all old school.

    Then our baked goods like pies and cakes are hand made and are really phenomenal to say the least… just awesome.

    We started our smoked meats journey in 2016 doing festivals and some catering then we built a food trailer and that was awesome and now THANK THE LORD we are in this amazing building and location.
