This place is extremely clean, loved the atmosphere because the music was perfect level and fit the mood. The food was amazing, homemade made to order, everything was fresh . What I loved most is the people working there loved what they were doing and it showed in the way they presented the food. The calzone was delicious and I don’t even order calzones, dough made from scratch. Noodles in my fungi pasta were amazing, fresh madenoodels. Deserts were amazing loved the gelato. They are just opening up so no wine yet, but will definitely be back. I’m already craving the food after last night.

Baffone's food was very delicious. I had a Calzone and my friends had other dishes. We all declared them very, very good. The manager, Marco came over to talk with us and we had a very nice chat. I will be bringing my husband back and I want to try the pasta next time. Everything is homemade, the pasta was hanging up to dry in a cabinet! Just delicious!

I had such high hopes. On the plus side, the sauce on the pizza was outstanding and they definitely use a high quality cheese. But, the crust is where this whole thing fails. I don't know if I've ever had worse pizza crust. It was more like a flatbread. And not a goid one at that. I couldn't eat it. The guy then asked me if I wanted to take uneaten bread (I ate the toppings). He was completely uninterested in the fact that I hadn't eaten it.
This is clearly not the place to get pizza.

What a fabulous lunch experience we had. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he is a wonderful human and shared a lot of Italian culture with us. Below the pictures of our pasta we shared and the bruschetta we picked. Fresh Pasta makes a difference for sure. You will not be disappointed if you come try this new restaurant.

I was really impressed with this Italian restaurant! The pasta is clearly homemade — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable, making great recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they use quality ingredients, but the prices are still very reasonable. A great spot for authentic Italian food without the pretentious vibe.
