I was introduced to A Percect Flooring and Gus by a commercial installer who was too busy to handle my job. Upon his recommendation, I called Gus and discussed the opportunity. Gus visited my home. I noticed Gus taking off his shoes at the door. Didn’t say anything. Just watched his actions. I noticed Gus sliding his feet across the 900 sq ft to done. He was feeling the highs and lows of my floor to understand what needed to be done for a successful result. The job took 5 days. Not only did Gus install my new floor, he also replaced all of the base boards to modernize the look. All said and done we were very pleased. We always use local small businesses for all of the trades working in our home. It’s the right thing to do!! Support local!! I always say “ I got a guy for you”!! Yep, Gus is the guy. Gus was so great to work with when we purchased an outdated home in Oviedo. He took care of removing old tile, wood and baseboards as well as backsplash and installed large format tile, bamboo and new baseboards as well as renovated our hall bath. He is a great communicator and honest and fair- tough to find these days. I also appreciated working with Robyn in the office- made everything easy even when we were in Europe for two weeks during the demo. I would recommend A Perfect Floor LLC all day long.

I booked a clients shower well in advance. Clients booked their trip so Gus would have peace and no interrruptions. Then today on a Sunday he actually cancels cause he got a bigger job opportunity. Doesn't even offer to find us anyone. Just says sorry. Gus has forgotten all the old timers who sent business his way helping his company grow. He is not loyal. Yes great, excellent tile guy but beware if your job is small if something better comes along he will dump you. Really disappointed. He will make me look terrible in my clients eyes if I dont find a replacement because their flughts and hotel is already booked for the dates Gus booked our project. Then cancelled. Flights are non refundable. Way to gp Gys! Thanks alot!
