We stopped by the mall for a date and decided to go to the Gamestop to see what they had. Megan took care of us during our visit, and she was absolutely fantastic. She had a very fun personality and even recommended places around to visit. After we were done we went to Phoebe’s and had a wonderful affogato. She really made us feel welcomed in the area!
It was a cool store to walk through and check out games and merchandise. It definitely brought back a lot of childhood nostalgia. The disappointing thing was the game demo which was just a sample commercial when I was hoping to try it out. Wish they had a sign so I didn’t wait hoping to sample the game.
I called the store and checked if a family member could pick up a product I ordered with my confirmation number and they told me yes but when they went to pick the item they was told they couldn't pick up and I'm not in the states for the next month.
I have been coming here for 5 years and never had a problem. All of those that are complaining about rudeness and over priced then go somewhere else. Or maybe just maybe it's ya'll that are rude and just to cheap. Because ganestop is cheaper then anywhere else on games
I recently visited GameStop and had the pleasure of being assisted by Meghan. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and was eager to help. I had some questions about the latest gaming consoles and accessories, and Meghan was incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the differences between the models and helped me find the perfect game for my needs. What impressed me the most was her patience and willingness to answer all my questions, no matter how trivial they seemed.
