About Forest essence spa-（Massage spa in Oviedo Mall）
Loved it Tina and Alex are wonderful ! Tina’s so personable and sweet. The massage was the chair massage and the pressure was intense but my body needed it. I didn’t even know I hurt in places like that. I will be back weekly
Came in with very tight traps, decided to do a chair massage with Albert and he was so unbelievably good that I had to do a foot reflexology session with him right away! I feel so much better and definitely will be returning! Amazing!
So my husband had a 20 minutes neck massage, the massage itself was okay. Where it made me sick was that the owner was asking for tips at check out, for a 20 minutes service, charged for 35usd. Said something like "Sir, do you not want to help me make a living?". I mean seriously, I've never dealt with business owner like this one before, demanding he needs tips to make living... Here is the thing, when you ask me to tip you with no shame and attitude problem, I certainly won't. For someone who makes 100 usd per hour, you don't ask for tips if your customer doesn't feel like. Running a business with no customer service skills won't last you long. The owner needs to learn better manners first.
This place is awesome !! It was so relaxing, it is clean and the place is pretty. If you are looking for an excellent massage for a good price this is the place ✨ so glad I found it; for sure coming back again I got the 20 minutes back and 20 minutes feet; so worth it ! I feel that my back muscles were so tense before and now they feel so much better. 🎊🎊
Tina was wonderful! My husband and I each asked for the thirty minute foot massage. Tina was very thorough and kind. An excellent massage!
