We had a very nice experience today. We seen Ms. Shoeibiomrani, ( new to us Dr) she was amazing and absolutely worth leaving a review for. She was very patient and welcoming. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The young man who does the pre-testing is ALWAYS polite and professional. ( we have been going to this location for a few years now) We were seen before our 1 year insurance covered glasses so I would have just taken the prescription and order elsewhere but the new manager (Mayi?) assured me that she would offer me a price I couldnt refuse, and did!!!
Today's visit was amazing. Everything has changed new Doctor and new employee's. Dr. Rabinowitz was amazing great service, quick and efficient exam. Mayi and Nicole helped me today with my eyeglasses, provided exceptional customer service. I have been coming here but today was the best visit. See you in a year!

Mayi, the manager, was very professional and made sure everything went smoothly, while Eliana was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable when assisting me in choosing my glasses. The whole process was easy and stress-free, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. They both went above and beyond and truly deserve a raise.
