I’m sharing our recent experience at the Optical Outlet in Oviedo to help others make an informed decision. I originally booked my aunt to the Altamonte Springs location, but because the doctor there was on vacation, we were redirected to the Oviedo office. She couldn’t cancel since she needed her DMV vision form completed quickly. The visit ended up being significantly more expensive than we expected. My aunt was charged over $500 for a basic pair of glasses with no upgrade at all, plus a $20 rush fee. We were also told her DMV paperwork would be available when the glasses were ready, but when we finally received it, the form wasn’t completed correctly, which caused extra delays. This location may not be the best choice for anyone who is on a tight budget or needs accurate paperwork or your prescription done quickly. My parents have also visited this office in the past. While the doctors themselves were kind and professional, the overall customer service from the staff was not all that. Based on our experiences, I would recommend approaching this location carefully, especially if cost, timing, and accurate documentation are important to you.
We had a very nice experience today. We seen Ms. Shoeibiomrani, ( new to us Dr) she was amazing and absolutely worth leaving a review for. She was very patient and welcoming. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The young man who does the pre-testing is ALWAYS polite and professional. ( we have been going to this location for a few years now) We were seen before our 1 year insurance covered glasses so I would have just taken the prescription and order elsewhere but the new manager (Mayi?) assured me that she would offer me a price I couldnt refuse, and did!!!
Dr. Rabinowitz was an amazing doctor. He was so kind and attentive, I love the whole process of our exam. Mayi and Nicole very attentive and great customer service. They have new doctors and staff. Such a great decision, recommend to come here for any optical needs
this is one of the best optical outlets that I have gone to. The staff there is amazing. They give top-tier service. Marie helped me today and she was amazing and she explained everything very well. The year was also a new girl there and she’s my favorite by far. I am so glad that she got a job there.she has a great vibe about her.All the ladies there are very kind.overall it was such a great experience. It smelled really good in there and it was really clean.The doctor is really kind and has a great vibe.
Today's visit was amazing. Everything has changed new Doctor and new employee's. Dr. Rabinowitz was amazing great service, quick and efficient exam. Mayi and Nicole helped me today with my eyeglasses, provided exceptional customer service. I have been coming here but today was the best visit. See you in a year!
