Everything is fresh, homemade, made with authentic imported ingredients from Italy and made with real passion.
What truly made the experience special was Marco, the owner. He was extremely welcoming and took the time to talk with us about wine, Italian culture, and the weekly events they host. You can tell he genuinely cares about creating a place where people feel like family, not just customers.
It’s also exciting to hear they’re opening a fine dining restaurant next door — if it’s anything like the bakery, it’s going to be amazing.

What a gem. This wonderful little place feels like eating with family, but with better food. Everything is made in house (bread, pasta, gelato, baked goods) and the tastes reflect it. The bread starter with olive oil set the tone, we were in for a treat. I'm not sure I've ever had olive oil quite like they gave us. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were engaged in conversation, learned about the owner (he was also the server) and the business, etc. No upselling or pressure tactics, just great food and atmosphere. Between the bread, two pasta dishes, Nonna's meatballs (mmmmm), a cannoli cake dessert, and gelato, we were stuffed. But everything was so good we took more dessert items to-go. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for good Italian food, and I'd recommend it even more for people who don't usually think about Italian food when trying to pick a place to eat. It'll probably change your mind. 10 of 10, will be back soon!

After seeing their Facebook page, my family and I visited this restaurant due to our “homesick” feeling from Italy, and all of us fell in love with the food. The pizza, the pasta, and the dessert felt like we were back in Italy, using the freshest ingredients delivered straight from Italy, and have come back 2 more times since then. The owner, Marco, has been very hospitable and pleasant to chat with in regard to the food and Italy overall.
Still growing with room to expand, I strongly encourage everyone to try this restaurant for an authentic taste of Italy here in Longwood, Florida.

What an exceptional dining experience! The owner personally came to our table to welcome us and share the story behind the restaurant, adding such an authentic touch to the evening.
Every dish was made fresh to order using high-quality ingredients imported directly from Italy—even the flour is sourced from Italy! Each course arrived piping hot, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.
The desserts were equally impressive, all made fresh on-site and the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. And the wine selection deserves special recognition—outstanding choices that paired perfectly with the food and elevated the entire experience.
This restaurant delivers authentic Italian cuisine at its finest, with exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. We can’t wait to return!

We were looking for pasta near ys and found Baffone. Pictures looked good so we gave it a chance. It was absolutely amazing. Reminded us of Sicily. Pasta is freshly cooked in house. Ingredients are imported from Italy. Meatballs were juicy and flavorful. The dishes were simple but very well executed. The guanciale in the Amatriciana really balanced out all the flavors. The Lasagna had the perfect ratio of pasta, meat, sauce and cheese. The portions were just enough to have room for dessert and we tried a good bit of them. The Gelato was very creamy. Cannolis were very satisfying. I can't wait to go back for breakfast and lunch to try the test of the menu.
