Throughout the process of having a large 42kw generator hooked up to our house the entire project was so smooth. Everyone from Genstar was great!

After using another company that did not know what they were doing I finally found genstar. Two extremely experienced technician showed up and diagnose the problem first time And under warranty. I Called in to the office to schedule an appointment and was greeted by the sweetest lady ever. I highly recommend them I will use them always in the future

The service tech that came was not the one we were told would come. He also did not have the part on his truck that we were told he would have should we need it. This was our 4th service call in 6 months for the same issue. We do have an older unit, however, it seems that each service tech that comes out diagnosis's a different problem - none of them solving our issue.

It was a wonderfully pleasant experience dealing with this company from initial phone call to completed service. Courteous, knowledgeable and bent over backwards to help with my needs. Will definitely be using them again!!
