When it got way harder than their average project, Stevens Kitchens did not quit (which I especially appreciate because very few were willing to begin such a hard project in the first place). I cannot emphasize how impressed I am with the level of professionalism and transparency every member of Stevens Kitchens team employed as the project evolved from what quoted and what we all expected the scope of the job to be to the reality of what needed to be done after we went down to studs in a 150 year old house. The task was to turn 2 closets (small closets, mind you) into bathrooms, renovate an existing bathroom, remodel the kitchen (whose cabinets had been eaten through by termites), and make it all look like it could have been done in 1880, when the house was originally built. Stevens Kitchens nailed it. There were so many amazing historic saves along the way, but perhaps the most incredible was Jose (the superintendent for our project) making it possible to use a clawfoot tub we salvaged from a building that was once used as Oviedo's fire station. We'd kept this tub in our backyard for 20 years in hopes of bringing it inside, and I was really sad when the plumbers couldn't figure out how to keep the legs on. Ultimately, Jose realized the claw feet needed pins to hold them on.....so me MADE them! While attention to detail (especially on making tile flat and lined up) is notably better with Stevens Kitchens than any other contractor I've experienced, what is even more remarkable is Stevens Kitchens outstanding COMMUNICATION. Our project was actively in progress for a solid 16 months and we were living there through it all, including a 5 month stretch where we had no running water inside - at all. Stevens Kitchens went as quickly as they could for every step of the process and communicated challenges and action items for us promptly. While the end product in our 1880s church renovation may not look at all like what you have in mind for your space, whatever your vision is, I can assure you Stevens Kitchens will do everything in their power to make it happen. (PS - the super dark pic is the kitchen after the demo - we wanted to use the original 150 year old floor, which was buried under layers of tile and other stuff, and we didn't know when the demo began whether it would be salvageable. It was!)

This was a great experience from start to finish. Reem was wonderful at redesigning our kitchen and bringing our ideas to life. All the workers were very professional and Dylan was very responsive to questions and concerns. Once the work began, it moved pretty quickly and we absolutely love our new kitchen! Highly recommend this company.

We were referred to Stevens Kitchens in 2022 to remodel our 1997 builder grade kitchen to a beautiful designer kitchen that is not only gorgeous but fully functional for our needs. The project was so well executed thanks to the Stevens Kitchens team of Steve, Reem, Jose, Josh & Dylan. Another key component is the contractor software that Stevens Kitchens used to communicate during the process and which provided a daily/monthly calendar schedule for the entire project. The calendar schedule shows who and what is happening on each day. We were so thrilled with our kitchen renovation, that we hired Stevens Kitchens again in 2025 to remodel our 1997 builder grade master and guest bathrooms! Needless to say, this experience was equally impressive as the first, even better , if that's possible, because the Stevens Kitchens team remained the same, so we were very comfortable with everyone involved the second time around. We stayed on schedule for both projects and the attention to detail was amazing! We highly recommend Stevens Kitchens to anyone looking for a professional quality renovation on a timely basis with the best team in the business!

Stevens Kitchens did an amazing job on our new kitchen. It was worth the wait and stayed on track once the project began. From the initial thoughtful design to the cabinet installers attention to detail, it was a beautiful job! Thank you, everyone.

I cannot say enough positive things about Stevens Kitchens, who recently completed a kitchen renovation for me. From my initial meeting with Reem to every single contractor to scheduler Josh to superintendents Dylan and Jose, the job was efficiently and professionally completely in a timely fashion. My texts were responded to immediately and my requests for attended to promptly. My kitchen is stunning! I plan to renovate a bathroom later this year and will absolutely have Stevens Kitchens do it.
